My own beauty routine

I heard it's good to drink water on an empty stomach in the morning.

Drink a glass of lukewarm water.

I'm also taking probiotics.

Since then, I've also been drinking water from time to time.

I skipped applying sunscreen because it was a hassle, and it showed on my skin.

These days, I'm making sure to apply a generous amount of sunscreen after my basic skincare routine.

Sleep is important, but I think drinking water and applying sunscreen are also important.
