I woke up in the morning and took probiotics on an empty stomach again today.

Early morning exercise after breakfast (walking 10,000 steps)

Taking supplements

Apply sunscreen thoroughly

Drink 1 liter of water

Morning routine over~~

It was less hot than yesterday since I exercised early in the morning.

With the beginning of autumn approaching soon, I hope this sweltering heat subsides a little.
