I signed up. I'm sharing my beauty routine.

Hello. It's been over a week since I joined, but I'm only just getting around to introducing myself. ^^ I didn't know a community like this existed until I joined through a recommendation, and it's really great.

My beauty routine is 1. Drinking water when I wake up, 2. Stretching whenever I have a moment, and 3. Not eating late-night snacks.

They say drinking water on an empty stomach is good, and I am also trying to take probiotics consistently without skipping any. Let's continue to share good information. Thank you.
