Reporting today's beauty routine haha
When I wake up in the morning, I find it a bit of a hassle to brush my teeth, so I gargle instead.
The reason is that I added mouthwash to my routine these days because research results showed that oral bacteria in the mouth after waking up can have a negative effect on internal organs.
I take care of my health because I believe inner beauty is also important.
Also, I take probiotics with lukewarm water, and after meals, I make sure to take mega-dose vitamins and Omega 3.
After applying my basic makeup, I always make sure to apply sunscreen before going out, and I carry a sun stick with me to reapply every three hours.
I haven't been able to exercise at all lately, but I plan to work out diligently once I finish the work I'm currently doing.
