- Making time to exercise more in the morning
- Drink more than 2-3 liters of water
- Drink only two cups of weak coffee
- Don't eat the ice
I haven't been exercising enough lately, and I have no energy because of the heat; I feel like my stamina is completely depleted.
I found a jump rope so I can do some jump rope when I have some free time and it's less hot. There's nothing missing at home, haha.
I don't know why I can't even drink water... I'm challenging myself not to drink anything too cold and not to drink coffee too strong.
And for the sake of my dental health, I really need to stop crushing and eating ice.
I'll give it my all on Friday!!
