Wednesday Beauty Routine

 

  • Drink plenty of water (more than 2L)
  • 10,000 steps
  • Doing stretching whenever possible in daily life
  • Make sure to take good care of your arms too.
  • positive mindset

 

I plan to keep this in mind and put it into practice starting tomorrow. Mind control is also essential to avoid getting exhausted in the hot weather.
