Today, I went to bed 30 minutes before midnight.

I woke up at 4 o'clock, trembling.

I thought about staying up all day, but I didn't think I could hold out today, so I went back to sleep.

 

My skin broke out, but

Cosmetics, lifestyle habits, diet... and they say sleep is important too.

Go to sleep early and sleep soundly

For a nocturnal human who has already fully evolved, just going to sleep before midnight is too painful.

You need to cut down on caffeine too.

I should lie down even if I'm not sleepy

But I have to wake up early.

 

Ah, I hope I can settle in soon.

Why couldn't I be a child of the new nation when I was young...

It's hard trying to become a responsible adult of the new country so late in life.
