It's walking 10,000 steps... because the difference between the days I walk 10,000 steps and the days I don't is

It is because the difference is so obvious. Walking 10,000 steps helps you manage your weight, and you sleep well at night too.

You feel refreshed the next day, too. I don't know how many benefits this is.
