I learned a lot from Unpa.
I noticed that a lot of people use face masks and apply hand cream before bed.
I'm going to sleep like this starting today.
- 1. Apply hand cream
- 2. Just a little lip balm (because I don't like it feeling stuffy)
- 3. Applying anti-wrinkle stick to the neck (As I get older... neck wrinkles ㅠㅠ)
If you do it consistently, it will be effective.
Everyone is taking such good care of themselves, so I'm going to try my best too.
