I've been on a diet for n years.

I don't manage my weight on weekends! Even so, I never gain weight.
Morning
Walking 10,000 steps on an empty stomach or cardio on an empty stomach
Taking probiotics, drinking lukewarm water
Breakfast consisting of eggs, Greek yogurt, or fruit
Lunch
Have lunch with 50g of protein
Take nutritional supplements at lunch
<Snack>
Consists of snacks available at the time, such as nuts, sweet potatoes, or soy milk.
Evening
Go to the gym before dinner for 50 minutes of strength training and 40 minutes of cardio (Stairway to Heaven and interval running).
Protein shake or chicken breast or milk
Take nutritional supplements in the evening
