Today's routine
Successfully woke up at dawn and drank water on an empty stomach
Failed to walk 10,000 steps before work, 9,000 steps
After walking, drink water and take probiotics.
Eat an apple in the morning
Lunch is at the company cafeteria
Less rice, plenty of side dishes
Stretching and taking a walk nearby after lunch
Childcare after work in the evening
