I prepared an apple early this morning.
I took probiotics and made sure to get collagen too!
I also apply sunscreen before going to work.
Make sure to give Vitamin B at lunch.
I completed 10,000 steps after work~
Now that the heat has subsided a bit, it feels like we can do a variety of things.
