Applying a primer before foundation makes your makeup look much cleaner!

My own little beauty tip is to always use a primer before applying foundation.

In the past, I used to apply foundation immediately, but after some time passed, the skin around my nose and cheeks would look cakey, and my pores seemed to stand out even more.

These days, I don't apply too much base makeup; instead, I let it absorb completely, and then I use just a small amount of primer before applying foundation. I spread it thinly, focusing especially on areas where I am concerned about pores or uneven skin texture. Rather than rubbing it in with my hands, I prefer to gently pat it to help it adhere to the skin!

The key is to apply a thin layer of primer only to the necessary areas, rather than applying a thick layer all over the face. Then, if you apply a thin layer of foundation, the skin texture looks much smoother, and the base makeup is less likely to cake.

If your foundation tends to cake or your pores become more prominent, try changing the order in which you apply your primer before switching your base products!
