15 minutes a day! I'm revealing a routine that guarantees swelling reduction.
Hello, this is MyMu!
As someone who is the epitome of swelling, I’m going to introduce a swelling-reducing routine that has been really helpful to me lately.
- stretching
You might think that this is too cliché from the start, but
I found it difficult to stick to this routine every day.
But if you wake up every morning and do some famous stretching exercises on YouTube for about 10 minutes
Sometimes I go through the day with a clear mind, and
My swelling usually went down by evening, but after doing morning stretches, it completely disappears by lunchtime.
So I feel like I'm doing it almost every day these days.
And there is a stretch I always do after exercising: lower body foam roller stretching.
My lower body is so swollen that even a little exercise causes muscle soreness, and my legs swell up the next day.
I made lower body foam roller stretching a routine, and my muscle soreness gradually went down.
Also, overall circulation improved, so the facial swelling went down, and it is really super effective.
The second one is Gua Sha.
At first, I had a negative perception of gua sha.
I saw a post saying that applying strong pressure to the face during gua sha changes and grinds down the bone shape.
I used to be too scared to do gua sha.
I actually tried it and found it was effective.
Personally, I think scalp gua sha is really refreshing and helps reduce swelling.
If you firmly apply Gua Sha to the swollen areas before going to bed or after waking up and washing up,
It slides right out!
I highly recommend these two routines!
