A blush routine to match eye and cheek colors 👀
After finishing my base makeup, I tend to apply a light-colored blush as an eye base and blush base first!
Applying a thin layer of the same color to the eyes and cheeks creates a natural blend of tones, giving the makeup a sense of unity. It's also surprisingly convenient because you don't need to use a separate eye base✨
The blush I use most often in this routine is
🌸 Apieu Pastel Blusher PK07
It is a milky, light pink color, so it is good to use as a base without being overwhelming, and
🩰 Naming Fluffy Powder Blush PILLOW
It is a nude yet calm pink, so it blends naturally whether applied to the eyes or cheeks.
I use various other blushes, but for daily use, I tend to reach for these two colors the most 🤍
It makes applying makeup much easier if you first apply a thin layer of one of the two to your eyes and cheeks to match the shades you're using that day, and then add your desired color on top!
