I'm thinking of trying diet probiotics.

다이어트 유산균  먹어보려구요

I've been taking probiotics regularly for a while, but it doesn't seem to make much difference.

It's been a while since I stopped taking probiotics, haha.

I saw that there are diet probiotics, so I bought some.

The amount per packet is much less than regular probiotics.

The taste is pretty good, too.

I heard it contains probiotics that help with dieting.

I wonder if it will work on my body fat too, haha. I'm looking forward to it.

If it works well, I'll be back haha
