좋은 루틴 하시네요 운동 하니 피부도 좋고 몸도 좋긴해요
When I wake up, I make sure to drink water and take probiotics on an empty stomach.
It seems like the weather has gotten much cooler lately.
I'm also walking 10,000 steps every day haha.
It's tough, but I like it because it's a workout!
