There are many days when my face is swollen every morning
Recently, I have tried changing my lifestyle a little.

Reduce the frequency of eating salty food late at night
I also do simple stretching before going to bed.

And in the morning
Gently press the eye area and jawline with a cold spoon.
I felt like it helped reduce swelling more than I expected.

In the past, I just tried to cover it up with makeup.
These days, I feel that managing my basic condition is more important.
