Vitamins are really important for the skin, too, you know.
Lately, I've been mixing calamansi concentrate with water to drink. A glass of vitamin-packed calamansi every day—I think this is really good. There are vitamin cosmetics out there, too, but I'm sticking with the drinkable version.
