This is a routine I have been sticking to for three years: a glass of water and probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning!
I drink 500ml a cup three times a day. I definitely find myself going to the bathroom more often. They say it helps flush out toxins from the body, so have a glass of water this morning before you start your day!!
