I established a routine where I wake up by drinking a glass of lukewarm water to wake up my body, and then gently massage my neck and face. I have been doing this consistently, especially gently pressing behind my ears and along my collarbone, as it feels helpful for lymphatic circulation.

When I had time, I found that using skin toners or cooling products kept in the refrigerator was more helpful in reducing swelling. Trying to avoid salty foods or late-night snacks the night before was also an important point.

 

Since consistently practicing these simple habits, my facial swelling is much less than before, and I feel like my morning condition has improved, so I am satisfied and continue to maintain this routine 👍
