Even when my skin is fine, there are times when a pimple suddenly pops up. On those days, I try my best not to touch it with my hands.
If I touch it for no reason, it gets redder and the mark lasts a long time.
Instead, when washing your face, gently wash with a low-irritation cleanser, refine your skin texture with a toner, and then apply a thin layer of an ampoule or cream containing soothing ingredients.
And these days, I'm drinking plenty of water and trying to cut down on greasy foods for a while. It seems like sudden breakouts calm down faster than expected when I manage my skin this way, so I'm consistently doing it as my own emergency care method.
