Let me share my routine for taking care of calluses on my heels~
When I was young, I didn't get calluses on my heels.
As I get older and my body starts to get dry
My dead skin cells got worse.
The most severe area is the heel.
I used to get really stressed every time I put on socks.
I felt like things couldn't go on like this, so I looked up various information and
I also added a few products.
At first, the dead skin is immediately visible
Remove dead skin cells with a foot file
I applied lotion.
It only gets better on the first day of exfoliation.
It returned to its original state right away.
So, as a product for power generation, not a general product.
I have changed everything.
The heel exfoliation I am currently doing
The routine is as follows:
Step 1 - Remove visible dead skin cells with a foot file
Step 2 - Wash thoroughly with soap for power generation
Step 3 - Apply a generous amount of foot cream
Step 4 - Put on power generation gel socks
It improved a lot, especially after purchasing power generation gel socks.
Because there is an oil component on the inside of the socks
It seems to help keep my feet moisturized and prevent them from drying out.
Finish up to step three
If you wear socks when sleeping or during a comfortable time
It seems to take care of even the crevices of the dead skin on my feet.
I used to suffer from calluses on my heels.
My condition has improved a lot thanks to this care routine, so I wanted to share it.
