My personal moisture layering routine to combat inner dryness
I had a lot of concerns because my skin was oily on the outside but dry underneath, but my own Layering routine to combat inner dryness I definitely felt a difference after making it.
Step 1.
After washing your face, rather than applying toner once A two-step layering method: thoroughly soak a cotton pad, gently pat it onto the skin, and then press with your hands to aid absorption. I do this. At first, patting it in with my hands felt like a hassle, but after actually trying it, I can definitely feel the difference in how the moisture penetrates deep into the skin, not just the surface.
I realized that it's important to pat it in to help with absorption, rather than wiping it off.
Step 2.
In the serum step, do not apply a large amount at once, Apply a small amount in two stages, starting from the dry areas of the face and centering outwards, until absorbed. I used the method instructed. Especially around my cheeks and chin, the skin has a mix of oil and dryness, so if I applied it just once, only the surface felt moisturized while my skin still felt tight underneath. Applying it in two layers helped the hydration last longer. Last time La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 Serum I used to use [that product], but my makeup would cake after applying it, so recently I have switched to a different lightweight hydrating serum. I am much more satisfied since switching to this because it addresses my inner dryness without causing my makeup to cake.
Step 3.
The cream is used so that the skin does not feel stuffy Apply thinly I followed this principle. At first, I felt like applying a thin layer wasn't enough and was tempted to apply multiple layers, but doing so caused my makeup to cake or feel sticky. So, I found that spreading just the bare minimum and adding a little more only to the areas where it was absolutely necessary was sufficient.
Step 4.
The step of lightly spraying mist all over the face I added this. When serum and cream alone weren't enough to fully hydrate my skin, spraying the mist at the end left my skin feeling really dewy, and my base makeup didn't cake. In fact, if I compare days when I followed this routine with days when I just applied serum and cream, I can definitely feel the difference.
Even in dry weather like this, my skin stays hydrated from within and feels comfortable. Since makeup applies smoothly without caking, it has significantly reduced my stress. I am sharing this routine because I have tried it for a long time and definitely felt its effects, and it is great for inner dryness.
