As soon as I wake up, drink a glass of water and eat a probiotic pill on an empty stomach.
Even though it was a rainy and cloudy day, I made sure to apply sunscreen thoroughly before going out.
I am aiming to drink 1 liter of water a day.
I think I've drunk about 700ml so far haha. I plan to fill up to 1 liter before bed.
I got home early today, but it was humid and hot, so my face felt hot.
I also used a face mask after washing my face~ It feels refreshing and nice^^
