Hi~ I am the epitome of stiffness and have absolutely no coordination. One thing I make sure to do every day is stretching, but since my body is so stiff, it actually hurts a lot when I stretch. So, I don't do anything fancy—just simple stretches that to others would probably look like just breathing. I don't know if I'm getting more flexible, but I keep doing it believing it's better than doing nothing.
