I'm sharing my personal beauty routine!
First of all, I try to drink a lot of water. I make sure to drink at least 1 liter a day.
And make sure to stretch before going to bed! I think it's important to relieve the fatigue accumulated throughout the day.
Since I have an office job, I spend a lot of time sitting, so I stretch frequently even while working.
I go out about three times a week to walk for about an hour before coming back.
And I always make sure to apply sunscreen when I go out!
