I woke up this morning and took probiotics again.
Breakfast after a simple stretch
After applying sunscreen thoroughly, while doing morning exercise (walking 10,000 steps)
Drink water frequently in between (1 liter)
Take supplements after showering and walk an additional 5,000 steps during daily activities.
If you drink water frequently (500ml to 1 liter) and reapply sunscreen
That's the end of today's beauty routine~~
