Today's special beauty routine is peeling day, which I do about once a week.
My skin isn't very smooth, so removing old dead skin cells helps.
Morning - After washing your face with a mildly acidic foam, exfoliate
Lunch - Drink more than 1 liter of water + Walk 6,000 steps when going out (Apply sunscreen before going out)
Evening - 60 minutes of cycling + finish with face washing
