사과 루틴 좋지요
I've been eating an apple for breakfast for the past two years, taking one packet of probiotics on an empty stomach, since I heard that an apple in the morning is a golden apple. Haha.
Since I sit for long periods, I have poor digestion and a lot of gas in my stomach, but it seems to be getting better since I started taking probiotics.
It seems like having a routine for taking care of your health is really important.
