Sun care routine when at home

They say you have to apply sunscreen 365 days a year.

Honestly, when you're at home, you don't really tend to apply it.

So, on sunny days, I close the blackout curtains. There are blackout curtains that are pitch black, but these aren't that kind; they are about half blackout curtains.

It would be nice to apply sunscreen every day, but when I can't, I draw the blackout curtains. It's a bit cool too.

Also, I always keep a parasol in the car and use it when I go out.
