My skin is unusually red in the winter, so I'm struggling with my makeup.

My complexion is actually on the reddish side.

It's not white and red

It has blemishes and tends to be red.

It looks even redder now that it's winter because of the wind.

Is applying a solid base and covering it with powder the only way? I would prefer a slightly brighter and cleaner tone.

Do you have any makeup or skincare products you would recommend?
