True to Romand's Glazing Water Tint style, it is incredibly moisturizing and leaves a beautiful shine after application. I don't think it will accentuate dry, flaky lips, even for those with flaky skin.

It's not super watery, so the color payoff is vibrant and the staying power is pretty good too.

However, it is a bit inconvenient that tint gets on the opening after using it for a while..
