SCINIC It's Tint Lip Pencil Life Up pk02

This is the SCINIC It's Tint Lip Pencil Life Up PK02. I found out that SCINIC was created by SK Planet. I didn't know that.

It applies so smoothly that I wonder if it can even be this soft. It applies thickly with just one coat, so I feel like reapplying it might cause clumping or make me look too warm because it is so intense. It looks slightly fluorescent in the photo, but in reality, there is absolutely no fluorescence.
