Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow Highly Recommended!!

As the name suggests, it is a bit heavy. Should I say it is a bit thick? I really like Kiss Me products; it is a brand I use frequently because the colors are great and the staying power is long-lasting. The colors are generally warm-toned, so this is the shade I switched to along with dyeing my hair a red-orange color this time. I think the colors generally suit autumn well.
