I bought this to add a pop of color to my aegyo sal (under-eye area) and the inner corners of my eyes. It's a pencil type and not too thick, so it glides on smoothly. True to its name, it's waterproof, so it doesn't smudge easily even when applied around the eyes, and the amount is decent.
